  • 2 Extremely rude engineer

    Engineer turned up without my knowledge. I had said I would be available from 3.30 but was informed I would be told more precisedly when the engineer would turn up - but hadn't recieved a phone call so wasn't expecting them. I arrived home at 3.37 (from just up the street - no sign of a van) and a card had been left. When I called the engineer was VERY rude to me, accused me of being nowhere near my house at the time I'd got back, and slammed the phone down on me. I cannot rate their work as I will not be using them again, and I recommend anyone else stays well clear.
