A totally terrible and dissorganised business

I wanted some business cards made up but was aware that a special process needed doing, metalic blocking. I gave the company 6 weeks to get them done as I had a very important exhibition to attend and spent a large amount of money to attend. Paul from this company blamed the postal strike and kept assuring everything would be okay. Nthing materalised. I had already been let down by 2 other companies and as I live in Spain I thought it would be easy to translate what I wanted. I gave this company a prototype and everything and an email explaing colours and font sizes and styles, surely making the job easier. He assumed I only wanted the bus cards for ex but I made it clear that going forward this would be the branding for the company, and I was looking to get posters, ex stands, cats and many other products from this company. If he couldn't do the job I just wished he had rec some other company that was capable. He always says that he will call back in 5 mins but it never happens. I've come to the conclusion that this is the end of the road. To be honest one star is not good enough for this company, minus one would be more like it. Incompetence sums this comapny up!
