    I kept my horse there for a while and was completely unimpressed with the lack of field management and the sheer number of horses turned out - 45 in each field! Got my horse out as soon as I could into a private farm with 3 stables and have never looked back. Definately would not recommend it, only good thing is the sandschool and proximity to the woods; the yard is consistently dirty and the back field (which is only 5 acres and has 45 horses each day in it) is just a sand pit in summer and presumably a mud bath in winter. Definately try to find else where if you want your horse to have a good life.
