Helpful and Friendly
I have been a regular customer for five or six years. The people at Village Wines are really helpful and friendly and they really know their stuff. The first time I went there, with my husband, I knew nothing at all about wine and wasn't really that interested. The guys were very patient and explained a lot about the wines we looked at (without being at all condescending) and seemed happy to make suggestions to suit taste and price range. You do have to buy a minimum of 12 bottles, but I believe the majority of prices are better than you would find elsewhere and the variety is fantastic.
