• good food delivery service the worst

  On occasions when I have collected my order the food has been top notch, however the first time I placed an order for delivery the driver was late because he got lost. I rang and spoke to the driver to try and direct him, he told me he was under the bridge on Birchwood road - there isn't a bridge on Birchwood road. I suggested him purchasing a sat nav, to which he replied "I have one but it's in my other car". Tonight I placed an order to which I was told the food would be there within the hour. After an hour and twenty minutes I deciced to give them a ring. Ten minutes later I got through to be told the driver had left and would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes after that I rang back, the phone was picked up then put down on me, this happened twice. It's now been over two hours. I would not eat there, pick up or try and have a delivery again. Why is it so hard to get a de

  Went for a meal recently great food , great service. Selection of dishes very good. Love my indian food will be going back for sure

• Food good, location and service very bad!

  Roaming around one night, my partner and I decided we could not be bothered to cook and decided to give baltizer a go. Right under the railway station did not help as the restaurant vibrated every few minutes as trains past by. The service was particularly bad. No one showed you to your seats when entering the restaurant and we had to ask for everything all the time. The only thing good about the place was the food. . . which pleasantly surprised me considering the welcome we has recieved and the atmosphere. Great for a takeaway, but I would not go and eat in again.
