  I bought a few guttering items the other day only to find that when i came to fit them a clip was missing from a stop end outlet.I returned to the shop only to be accused of breaking it and trying to pull a fast one to get a replacement. His words were 'you're all the same you builders' meaning that he didn't trust us.On leaving the shop he still barated me and I for one will find it hard to return here

• Poor service

  Having recently purchased several items of guttering I had to return to the shop because a clip was missing from a stop end. When I explained that it was not in the bag,the owner let rip and started accusing me of breaking it and that us builders were all the same. He was intimating that we were only trying to rip him off and even though he gave me the missing clip he continued to berate me as i left the shopand as such i feel his PR skills were more than lacking..Shop here at your peril...
