    one of their "technicians" calld to make an appointment with me.... yet 1/2 hour before an engineer called to make an appointment - which I agreed to. The "technician" told me no one was coming on the agreed date and THEY were sending someone else on a different day.... he then had the gall to tel me an engineer had ALREADY called today - I told him he was lying as I am disabled and go nowhere!!!! - if he did call, why was there no card put through the door.... his response at being called a liar, hang up......
