Unprofessional service

I had to call this company to repair a faulty boiler as they are among the few open on Sunday. However it appears that the stuff they send out on Sundays is completely unqualified. I was charged 86.25 for the piece of paper titled "Works report sheet" with the verdict of "Parts required". In reality, I had to wait until the next day to call warranty engineers who solved the problem in two minutes literally by knocking on the gas pipe thus relieving some ice blockage. G5 did not return my multiple complaint calls sometimes claiming that director is somewhere out for the week or at the meeting or just ignoring my complaints altogether. Finally after I came to them in person they've offered a refund of half the money paid, but never sent a cheque. Beware.
