About Us

Brief description

The T.A.O. offers training in T'ai Chi Chuan & Feng Shou (Kung Fu) of the Li Family Arts. Additionally there is training for all aspects of competition Chinese Martial Arts. We also offer weekend regional courses and longer residential courses to all T.A.O. members for intensive & rewarding training progress in the whole of the Li Family Arts.
