Body Combat

KBT Academy of Martial Arts now have Body Combat classes on twice per week.Wednesday and Friday morning starting at 9.30am. Great classes for men and women who are looking to get fit, lose weight and have great fun doing it. It's a great class and you can pay per session. If you want to do martial arts fitness classes it makes sence to come to a fully fitted martial arts centre.

  KBT have two schools one in Welling and one in Erith. I have been with them for around 8 months now and love it more there everytime I go. The classes are fun and varied, the instruction is excellent with a wide variety of teaching styles. They offer classes for all ages and abilities as well as running Instructor Courses. Everyone there is really friendly and I have made some great friends since starting there. I cant fault them!
