Unique fusion cooking

The result of 3 different styles Colonial Spanish, Pioneer and Native American, mixed together. My favourite dish is Carne Adovoda which is a kind of spicy red meatball. They have a largish restaurant which extend outside, and they do salsa nights once a week.
